§ Mr. RaynsfordI have no such plans. Except for information recorded on the Local Land Charges Register, the present system for dealing with search inquiries on these matters rests on voluntary arrangements agreed between local authorities and the Law Society. The Government do not determine the content of these inquiries or the information given to inquirers.
