§ Mr. Ian McCartneyMy officials are considering the regulatory structure for the recruitment industry. In due course we plan to issue a consultation document on the existing regulations governing agency conduct, and I am also ready to listen to all suggestions concerning the wider regulation of the industry, including proposals for a registration system.
