§ Ms QuinDuring my visit to Low Newton on 20 February, I visited D wing, one of the wings which holds 15 and 16-year-old male remand prisoners. I also met prisoners of this age group during my visit to the educational facilities. Low Newton holds 15 and 16-year-old female remand prisoners within its female wing, and I also visited that part of the establishment.
