§ Mr. Ian McCartneyThe administration of industrial tribunals in Great Britain became the responsibility of an executive agency, the Employment Tribunals Service, on 1 April 1997. Details of its expenditure for 1997–98 and beyond will be published in the Agency's annual report and accounts. Expenditure on the running costs of industrial tribunals in Great Britain in each of the last five years was as follows:
