§ Mr. MilburnIt is our intention to ensure that National Health Service funding supports general practitioners fairly, for the benefit of patient care. In principle, we see no justification for the payment of notional rent on that part of premises improved using public moneys such as fundholder savings. We are considering the way forward on this.
