§ Mr. BoatengFunding has been built into health authorities' general allocations to allow them to commission services to meet the needs of children suffering from life threatening and terminal conditions, including those services provided by children's hospices. Guidance on the provision of such services was published on 25 February, "Evaluation of the Pilot Project Programme for Children with Life Threatening Illnesses", copies of which have been placed in the Library.
