§ Mr. RookerThe State Veterinary Service's Service Standard for processing routine export health certificate is 5 working days from date of receipt of a fully completed application. The Department's computer records show that, in January, the average time from receipt of an application to dispatch of certificates to Local Veterinary Inspectors for red meat and poultry meat certificates in the Worcester Animal Health Office was as follows:
