To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will introduce legislation to repeal the prohibition under the Financial Services Act 1986 on an individual, who is not an authorised person and is not in the business of giving investment advice, from publicly expressing a view on the likely impact of full membership of EMU on the value of UK index-linked Government stock.
