§ Mr. MorleyThe undeclared landing of fish subject to quota is an illegal activity and it is not possible to make a meaningful estimate of the extent to which it occurs. The UK Fisheries Departments are, however, determined to prevent such landings which undermine the measures taken to conserve fish stocks and threaten the long-term future of the fishing industry.
