§ Mr. Win GriffithsDyfed Powys Health Authority initiated an Independent Review Panel under the NHS complaints procedure, to inquire into the healthcare circumstances relating to the case. I understand that the authority has received legal advice to the effect that the report of the panel should not be made available pending the outcome of a retrial in relation to alleged offences arising from the deaths.
