§ Mr. MichaelThe use of material generated as part of the investigation/prosecution process, whether used or unused, is to be the subject of consideration by the Judicial Committee of the House of Lords next month in the case of Taylor v Serious Fraud Office. The facts of that case have a considerable amount in common with the case to which I believe this question relates and it would not be proper for me to comment or intervene at this time.
