The Attorney-GeneralThe conduct of the criminal investigation into the Lockerbie tragedy is in the hands of my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate. The conduct of the ongoing litigation before the International Court of Justice is a responsibility which my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate shares with my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary. Officials from my office are involved in consideration and discussion of the matter as appropriate.
