Friend the Member for Tamworth (Mr. Jenkins) on 16 June 1998, official Report, column 126, the partially built rolling stock became the responsibility of the manufacturer, GEC Metro Cammel. If this rolling stock is sold on by the manufacturer there is a profit sharing arrangement which could result in a return to the taxpayer.
