§ Mr. Rooker[holding answer 23 June 1998]: The Government issued a consultation paper on 7 May 1998 on the proposition that this scheme should terminate on 30 November 1998 when its application ceases to be compulsory. The consultation period ends on 2 July and the Government will consider their position in the light of responses received.
