§ Mr. PrescottMy Department's cash limit for class VI, vote 1 (Housing, construction, regeneration, countryside and wildlife, England), will be increased by £1,395,000 from £1,800,144,000 to £1,801,539,000 to reflect a transfer of non-voted provision from the Department for Education and Employment in order to fund European Regional Development Fund expenditure in advance of European Commission receipts on the Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts. The increase is offset by the transfer and will not therefore add to the planned total of public expenditure.
