§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe government documentation relating to the Formal Investigation into the loss of the MV 'Derbyshire' is not for publication as it contains internal advice to Ministers and correspondence with legal counsel. The document entitled "Derbyshire Statement of Facts Giving Rise to the Formal Investigation" was circulated to the interested parties in the Master Bundle of documentation for the Formal Investigation which began in October 1987. A copy of the document has been placed in the Library.
