§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs met the Secretary-General of the Arab League on 18 June. They agreed on the need for urgent progress in resolving the Lockerbie issue. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State stressed the need for early Libyan compliance with the requirements of the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions.
