The balances of all existing Indonesian loans were written off on 11 July 1979, and were waived in accordance with the statement on Retrospective Terms Adjustment (RTA) 399W made in the House of Commons on 31 July 1978, Official Report, column 25. Details of the individual loans are not available without incurring disproportionate costs.
