§ Mr. Tony LloydThe Foreign Policy Centre is an independent policy institute. It is established practice for Foreign Office Officials and Ministers to have contact with policy institutes and NGOs and to consider their views when developing policy. The Foreign Office welcomes ideas from outside organisations on all areas of its work, including the role of human rights in foreign policy and European Union policy.
