§ Dr. ReidThe Armed Forces already spend substantial sums to ensure high-quality training for Service Personnel. As part of the Strategic Defence Review, we are considering the scope to improve further the education and training provided, and to ensure that the qualifications Service personnel receive are fully recognised and transferable when they return to civilian life.
