§ Mr. HainThe government's proposals on cycling and the use of public transport will be dealt with in the Integrated Transport Policy White Paper which will be published shortly. At around the same time, a Welsh Transport Policy Statement will be published drawing out those issues of particular importance to Wales.
Wrexham and Deeside have recently benefited from Transport Grant funding for packages which include measures to promote cycling and to encourage greater use of public transport.
