To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what targets have been set for the performance of the Scottish Court Service in the Supreme and Sheriff courts for 1998–99. [47190]

The targets I have set for the performance of the Scottish Court Service in the Supreme and Sheriff Courts for 1998–99 are set out.

Performance against these targets will be published in the Annual Report of the Scottish Court Service.
