§ Mr. DobsonThe document was written, produced, photocopied and distributed by one of the Department's special advisers. Every aspect of this activity is entirely consistent with the long-established role of special advisers as set out in the Ministerial Code and the model contract of employment for special advisers. It is not possible to identify the total costs to the Department of this individual piece of work.
