§ Angela EagleThe recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Packaging following its review of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 are expected very shortly. As soon as they are submitted, a copy will be placed in the Library.
Once Ministers have considered all the issues, a consultation paper setting out any proposals for amendments to the Regulations will be published as soon as possible.
