§ Angela EagleThe four requests made under the Code of Practice on Open Government which were refused by my Department in 1997 were:
- a. A request for details of submission made by the Commission for the New Towns to the Department to dispose of a site in Milton Keynes to a private developer.
- b. A request for details of a Ministerial Direction relating to a scheme of redress for those who had experienced exceptional hardship from generalised blight as a result of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link before the final route was fixed.
- c. A request for information on the A5036(T) road scheme identification study.
- d. A request for a list of Ministerial Directions to accounting officers made since 1990.
