§ Mr. BattleThe major step the Government have taken to increase the availability of ultra-low sulphur diesel has been the change in the relative levels of excise duty between this fuel and conventional diesel, announced in the March Budget. I expect new suppliers of this fuel to enter the UK market as a result.
