§ Mr. Chris SmithI announced this morning the new membership of the Arts Council of England. I have appointed Derrick Anderson, Deborah Bull, Antony Gormley, Anish Kapoor, Joanna MacGregor and Hilary Strong to the Council. In addition, I have re-appointed David Brierley, Christopher Frayling, Andrew Motion and Prue Skene.
