§ Mr. MorleyThe Environment Agency has commissioned an Independent Review into the Easter floods which will identify the lessons to be learned. The final report of the Review Team is due by the end of September 1998. I shall need to consider the follow up action with the Environment Agency with a view to reducing the risks of damage from flooding.
