§ Mr. RookerThere are 4,033 quarantine places in 73 authorised quarantine premises currently authorised and inspected by this Department. It is possible for up to three animals of the same species, which originated from the same owner to share an individual unit, subject to the agreement of this Department.
There are, furthermore, 114 research premises and 49 zoological premises authorised to hold a variety of rabies susceptible mammals. These are not authorised on the basis of individual places.
