§ Mr. HoonEnforcement action can be taken if a company has assets in this country, even if it is registered in another jurisdication. I am not aware that landlords are avoiding their liability for fines for contravening health and safety provisions in private rented accommodation by registering their companies in Jersey and I have no plans for review at this time.
