To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what provisions are being made for the needs of rural areas within the Social Exclusion Initiative of his Department.[45160]

The Social Exclusion Programme for Wales, which I announced on 1 May, will address social exclusion in a range of geographical and cultural settings, including rural areas.
