To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) how many references were made to the Restricted Enforcement Unit during the two years up to 18 February concerning breaches of regulations arising from a United Nations resolution, reinforced by British law, relating to the export of arms;[43686]

(2) how many references were made by the Foreign Office to the Restricted Enforcement Unit during the two years up to 18 February concerning breaches of regulations arising from a United Nations resolution, reinforced by British law, relating to the export of arms.[45188]

During the two years up to and including 18 February, FCO representatives raised at meetings of the Restricted Enforcement Unit three items of information concerning possible breaches of UN arms embargoes by UK companies or individuals.
