§ Mr. MilburnNational Service Frameworks will be developed with the assistance of an expert reference group which will bring together health professionals, service users and carers, health service managers, partner 537W agencies, and others. The reference groups will adopt an inclusive process to engage a full range of views. Membership is currently under consideration and will be announced shortly.
