§ Mr. MilburnThere is no difference between liability resulting from year 2000 problems and liabilities resulting from ordinary day-to-day work of the National Health Service. As with ordinary day-to-day work however, the NHS intends to avoid potential liability by taking all reasonable steps to avoid problems in millennium compliance.
