§ Mr. SpellarThe performance indicators used across the services are the published Government Energy Consumption Targets. MOD's Energy Consumption is reported to DETR by energy focal points and Departmental results are announced annually, usually in January/February. Last year's figures have recently been announced and indicate that MOD are ahead of the Government targets.
