§ Mr. Tony LloydThe EU Code of Conduct on Arms Exports was formally adopted by the General Affairs Council on 8 June. It would be premature to discuss changes to the Code at such an early stage. The Code provides for an annual meeting within the framework of the Common Foreign and Security Policy to review the operation of the Code and identify any improvements which need to be made.
