To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answers of 20 April 1998,Official Report, columns 524–27, if he will list for each fire and civil defence authority the total amount of grant aid given to such authorities for emergency planning in 1995–96, 1996–97, 1997–98 and the provision for 1998–99, identifying where applicable any allocations transferred to fire and civil defence authorities by metropolitan district or London borough councils.
