§ Mr. George Robertson[holding answer 8 May 1998]: The NATO Partnership for Peace exercise due to take place in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia this September is called Cooperative Best Effort 98. My Department has decided, in consultation with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, that British troops will participate in the exercise. We will announce our contribution shortly.
