§ Mr. Win GriffithsThe Welsh Advisory Committee on Drug and Alcohol Misuse (WACDAM) comprises a Chair and up to 26 members appointed by the Secretary of State for Wales. Members accept a time commitment of two days per month and receive no remuneration. The Committee is currently chaired by Dr. William Clee, a General Practitioner from Cardiff; his period of appointment extends to March 2000.
