§ Mr. MeacherThe document "Policy Appraisal and the Environment" was sent last month to the Government Office for Eastern Region, as to all Government Offices for the Regions. They are currently establishing the mechanisms to ensure that these criteria are systematically applied in all their investment and programme evaluations.
