§ Mr. HoonThe Charter for Court Users states that court staff are expected to instruct the Court Funds Office (where moneys are held on interest-bearing accounts) within 10 working days of the court order, to arrange payments to the parties. Management information systems are in place to identify any work not dealt with within 5 working days. Once the requests are received, the Court Funds Office aims to process them within 5 working days.
