§ Mr. Robin Cook[holding answer 12 May 1998]: S. J. Berwin & Co, acting for Sandline International, wrote to me on 24 April. The Permanent Under-Secretary replied on 1 May. S. J. Berwin & Co also wrote to me on 8 May clarifying a reference in their letter of 24 April.
S. J. Berwin & Co wrote to the Permanent Under-Secretary on 8 May to say that they were releasing their letter of 24 April to the press.
