§ Lord Williams of MostynMy right honourable friend the Home Secretary may direct that a person should not be given entry to the United Kingdom on the ground that his exclusion is conducive to the public good. On present information, he does not consider that there is sufficient reason to exclude Major General Subianto in this way.
