§ Dr. David ClarkThe Government welcomed the Committee on Standards' Fourth Report, which reviewed progress on the implementation of the Committee's First and Second Reports. Government have prepared an Action Plan setting out the work to take forward the observations made by the Committee. My right hon. Friend, the Prime Minister, has sent this to Lord Neill, and copies have been placed in the libraries of the House. The Action Plan is also available on the Cabinet Office website, on www.open.gov.uk/co/cohome.htm.
