To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what provisions and at what cost were made out of public funds in respect of costs of legal representation for the families and relatives of victims at the public inquiries into the following tragedies(a) Piper Alpha, (b) Hillsborough, (c) King's Cross, (d) the Marchioness, (e) the Clapham rail crash, (f) the MV Derbyshire, (first inquiry) and (g) Stephen Lawrence's murder; and in each case how the costs were (i) agreed, (ii) verified and (iii) disbursed.
