§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe claims from the tenders for the cancelled Weald and Downland DBFO project, which included the Polegate Bypass, raise a number of detailed issues which will inevitably take some time to resolve. In the meantime, we have made interim payments on account totalling £1.3 million (excluding VAT); the final settlement will be published in due course.
