§ Mr. Win Griffiths(a) Preliminary estimates of first year costs in preparing a corporate plan for the NHS in Wales are of the order of £250,000 including accommodation, staff and running costs. Budgets for subsequent years will be agreed in the light of progress in year one. (b) The Department's staff and other costs 62W including consultation exercises and external assessment of proposals are estimated to be £870,000 for managing the trust reconfiguration exercise.
Details of costs which will be borne by health authorities, trusts and other bodies are not held centrally.
