§ Mr. FatchettMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary had a wide-ranging discussion with Mr. Ramos-Horta on 31 March. We have made various representations about human rights, in both a Presidency and national capacity, to the Indonesian authorities in Jakarta. My right hon. Friend raised human rights in East Timor in his meeting with Vice President Habibie and Foreign Minister Alatas in the margins of ASEM 2.
