§ Mr. MandelsonThere is no taxpayers' money allocated to the Millennium Experience project. The budget comprises a grant of £399m (net) from the Millennium Commission and forecast receipts of £359m from private sector sponsorship, visitor income and other commercial revenue. So far £93.6m of the grant from the Millennium Commission has been used.
