§ The Prime MinisterArrangements for my visit to China in October are at the planning stage. However, given the large number of competing demands on the programme, I unfortunately do not expect to visit either the Suzhou Industrial park or Sichuan Province on this occasion. However, my programme will ensure that I see as many aspects of Chinese society as possible.
